PiE Elects New Board President
PiE Donates more than $2.3 million to PAUSD
Palo Alto Partners in Education (PiE) is a non-profit 501(c) 3 foundation dedicated to supporting Palo Alto public schools. Our mission is to partner with parents, Palo Alto Unified School District and the local, extended community to raise funds for enhancing educational excellence for every student in the district. We are the only non-district source for funding staff at schools and we raise funds for educational initiatives deemed high priority by principals, teachers, key district personnel, and parents. Our current targets by school level include:
- Elementary: Classroom Support, Science Enrichment and Arts Instruction
- Middle: Additional Courses and Enrichment Activities, Student Support and Technology Integration into Curriculum
- High: College & Career Counseling, Career Tech Education Electives and Technology Integration into Curriculum
Partners in Education relies on the generous support of the extended community to help our schools maintain excellence by meeting classroom needs unfunded by other means.
