Linor Levav
Director of Governance, Generalist
Linor Levav and her family recently returned to Palo Alto from a sabbatical year in Israel, having initially moved to the Bay Area from NYC in 2011. Her two children were enrolled in Escondido’s Spanish Immersion program and are current Paly and Greene students.
Originally a practicing attorney and later a management consultant, Linor spent the majority of the past 20 years in executive business development roles at digital media startups and AOL Time Warner. Most recently, Linor was the co-founder of Intel’s first internal incubator and then went on to be the General Manager and co-founder of an Intel-backed venture in the health and wellness sector.
In NYC, Linor was a co-founder of a nonprofit designed to bridge connections between young professional American and Israeli Jews, establishing the social action arm of the organization. For the past few years, she has been a member of the Central Pacific Regional Board of the Anti-Defamation League, and a long-time active volunteer at the Oshman Family JCC. Linor has a B.A. and Masters in International Affairs from Columbia University, as well as a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
