Sheri Shamdasani
Campaign Director of Elementary Schools
Sheri Shamdasani has a professional background in strategic business planning and financial investment analysis. Her expertise is in cross functional team leadership and portfolio prioritization. She has industry depth in pharmaceuticals (Pfizer, Eli Lilly) and media (NBC, News India) as well as breadth across real estate, consumer and retail through investment banking (Lehman, Oppenheimer).
Sheri dedicates her volunteer work to food provision (soup kitchens, religious organizations), whole child development (classroom volunteering and room parenting at JCC, Challenger, PAUSD) and community building (alumni rep at two alma maters, former board member Network of Indian Professionals). With sons at Paly and Duveneck, Sheri is also a PiE Rep.
Sheri holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.A. in Psychology from Barnard College. She has certifications in E-Commerce from Baruch and Marketing from Kellogg. Sheri is a proud K-12 alum of the Canadian Academy international school in her hometown of Kobe, Japan. This is where she developed the love of music that fuels her support of arts in education.
