New Construction + PiE Donations = Magic At Our Schools

Palo Alto schools are going through a construction boom, thanks to funds from the Strong Schools Measure passed by over 70% of the city’s voters in 2008. The new buildings and facilities are amplifying the impact of PiE-funded programs and staff in exciting and innovative ways. This edition of the Slice explores how these remodeled campuses are improving the school experience for students, staff and parents in Palo Alto.

HighSchoolIN OUR HIGH SCHOOLS

Building for the Next Generation

Paly and Gunn are both designing their campus construction efforts to serve the students of 2014 as well as those of 2054. When the rebuilding is complete, Palo Alto’s high schools will offer students new high tech libraries and classrooms, athletic facilities, and dedicated space for career and college counseling.
