PiE 2014 Grant Announcement

Thanks to our donors and supporters, Palo Alto Partners in Education (PiE) announced today that it is granting $5.0 million to the Palo Alto Unified School District to provide essential programs for Palo Alto students during the 2014-15 school year. This gift is $100,000 more than PiE’s 2013 donation to PAUSD. We are grateful to the hundreds of volunteers and thousands of donors who worked together to support our students and make our campaign successful!

This year’s donations to PiE will fund the additional staff and programs that help Palo Alto kids connect with their passions and achieve their fullest potential. The programs supported by PiE funding make every student’s day at school more rewarding.

Community support of PiE allows Palo Alto to continue the tradition of public school excellence that is a cornerstone of our community. It provides the support and enrichment programs that make our schools among the best in the state, and give all our students the chance to explore, connect, and learn deeply. We are so grateful to all our donors and our volunteers for making the difference for all of our students. Thank you! Together, we help make Palo Alto schools the best they can be.
