Rachaell Mondino

Rachaell Mondino is a nurse in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, where she cares for the sickest of the sick, working together with families to provide comfort and hope in their darkest hours. She aspires to bring light and laughter with her singing, dancing, and hospital-grade ice cream sundaes. To find balance, she choses to spend my personal time out-and-about on the Peninsula with her husband and three kids, immersing herself in sunshine and smiles. When it rains, she moves indoors to cook rainbow meals because she love the colors.

Rachaell grew up in Berkeley, but chose to make Palo Alto her home when she realized there were so many things it had to offer that reminded her of home. One of those is an educational foundation built on the idea of equity. There are so many little things that makes PAUSD schools a wonderful experience for her children, and so many of them are funded by PiE. She would be honored to be a part of shaping this organization and everything it does for all of PAUSD’s students.
