Melina Patterson

Melina Patterson has been a PiE supporter and an active PAUSD volunteer since her child started kindergarten over ten years ago. Melina served on the board of the Palo Verde PTA and has also volunteered at JLS and at Palo Alto High School. Melina has also volunteered for a number of child-centered nonprofit organizations including founding a nonprofit to improve specialized pediatric healthcare in Rwanda.

Currently Melina works as General Counsel at a technology start up. She has also worked at a large law firm representing a variety of clients in various stages of litigation and at a consulting firm specializing in litigation damages. Melina holds a B.A. from Columbia College Chicago and a J.D. from University of Chicago. Melina and her husband, Michael, have a student at Palo Alto High School.
