Sumita Pandit
Campaign Director of Elementary Schools
Sumita Pandit has been an active volunteer and served as a class mom in PAUSD since moving to Palo Alto in 2021 from New York City. She also served as an audit committee member in the Fletcher School PTA.
In her professional life, Sumita is currently the Chief Financial Officer of a public company, Radian. She was previously the Chief Operating Officer of a payments company dLocal, that she helped take public. She also ran J.P. Morgan’s Global Fintech Investment Banking business based out of New York City. She holds an MBA from the Wharton School where she graduated as a Palmer Scholar and has an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, India.
Sumita and her husband, Vikas Singh, have two children in PAUSD schools (Nixon Elementary and Fletcher Middle).
