My 6th grader’s first “Wheel” class was Family and Consumer Science (some of us knew it as “Home Ec” back in the day). It wasn’t ideal to start that remotely, but Ms. O’Neill empowered him to pick his own recipes. This one for pretzels was NOT simple, but he learned a ton!
