PiE allows me to be there for the community and support students who need that extra person in their corner. It also allows me to get supplies needed to provide the best support I can, and have at least one tool for each student to help them regulate in whatever way they may need.

What is most rewarding is getting to see the improvement in our students and having those breakthrough moments where they can utilize the skill we have been working on for weeks, outside of my office, be it the playground or the classroom.
